I like windshields... but that fairing doesn't match very well. It is very awesomely detailed though. Someone onviously loved this bike. May we ask how much this love costs??

Probably a little bit more than what I pay for love downtown on a Friday night.

Uhmm... Errr... MRO, good friend, care to sell the clutch cover and engine covers?

                Sure,
just how much equity do you have in your house?

Have sorta developed a couple problems tho, running outa space... (and I've got a line on another XS guy asking $200.00, so might get it too)
and have not found out how to ride more than one XS at a time so a few are starting to feel neglected.

                Hmm..., 4 specials and 4 1/2 standards
Might have to get a dealer license soon
Think I'll try to make just a little more room in the garage first.
                Maybe another shed out back...?
Could move some of the $h!t in the garage into the living room

Was the seat cover made from a fat girl's chaps to keep the bike from being perfect? Just kidding here, my Mom would call that a "backhanded compliment" Beautiful bike, nice addition to your XSsive collection!

Mom would probably tell me to keep my comments to myself, especially considering how my XS looks! The only things on the Falcon that possibly look as nice are my NOS seat and the exhaust I bought from Maximan. Honestly, you'd probably net more from selling your engine covers than I would selling my bike! I'm going to sit in a corner and be sad for a while.

                          my NOS seat

                          79 special NOS seat?
                          Got any pics?
Where do you lve, any dogs?
                          What hours do you work?
                          ..........
I got the seat cover I ordered for my 80G and it sucks,
and waiting to see how the cover comes out for my MNS
                          (being done locally)
Guy doing the MNS seat cover does some restoration work, so I've got some high hopes that it will look stock. If it comes out looking good going to have the covers for a couple of my other XSes done. Did make an attempt to make my own seat cover. My sewing machine handles 2 layes of vinel well, but chokes on three

mro, I sent you an e-mail.
I got the NOS seat and NOS chrome grab bar from a former Yamaha dealer. It came in the original box and wrapper. The wrapper was like a giant shower cap with an elastic band. (!?)

My recently re-built, hopped up '79 Special caught fire and burned everything from the top of the engine up: gas tank, wiring, seat, & melted my windshield all over the front of the bike. Just bought a 1980 Special that has been non oped for 9 years. My Skoot will rise from the ashes and be re named "The Phoenix!"
