so how would you discribe the phenomenon were the harley's are notoriously and consistanly modified with aftermarket muff's and the noisiest.

if the law you discribe is enforced then all harley's in that town maybe cited, no muff too tuff.

what would be interesting is a follow up report on the outcome and effectiveness of this law, now that's hard for you right midnight?
