Should midnight1980 be banned or censored because of his unappropriate videos?

I have gotten numerous complaints about this guy, and his video postings, especially the one where he is shooting rabbits, and then his cavalier attittude concerning member complaints. I'm afraid that good, decent contributing members may leave if some action isn't taken over this situation.
I think now is the time to address the issue. I don't like having to tell people that I am not able to do anything about it, especially when I find it offensive and tasteless.
How do you feel about this sitation? Should he be censored or left alone to offend the decent members of this site?
