    AMA poll

    I wonder how many AMA members among us. There are many benifits, Hotel/Motel discounts, KOA discounts, and roadside assistance that is especially geared toward motorcycles.

      Just joined a few weeks ago. Seems silly to have not joined before. Before they moved to Pickerington, Ohio I could walk to their offices.

                      The discount on one order from Bike Bandit payed my membership fee. One of the main reasons that I support the AMA is their legal efforts for cyclist in regards to insurance and making sure that drivers who hit bikers don't get off with a slap on the wrist.
                      A friend of mine was hit head on by a speeding car making an illegal pass. Great pain and suffering, maybe never able to ride or work again. The gut that hit him got a $50 ticket for driving left of center.
