The animal might have been foraging for it’s offspring… and now they’re gonna die because food’s not coming back to the burrow... I can see hunting for food, furs, or maybe to control overpopulation/disease/sickness - but just for "killing sake" (?)

I'm not trying to defend or condone this at all, but I have seen MANY areas of the country that are completely over-run with Jackrabbits. They are a problem to many people and they do carry disease. Thses aren't your ordinary cute little cotton tail rabbit. These are mangy, lice, and tick infested, inedible cousins.

While I don't condone just popping them for chits and grins, a few people with 22's aren't going to put a dent in the population of these prolific breeders. If they were causing me any problems in my yard or vegetables... you betcha! Would I show videos of me doing so to all of you... you betcha I wouldn't! lol.

Midnight... you'll find a great many folks here who are intersted in the XS's and motorcycles in general... but not too many interested in varmint killing. Maybe try a different group for those videos? Just a suggestion.

I'm NOT a "treehugger". ...shooting a rabbit, leaving it to die, and making jokes about it...? I personally found it repulsive, in bad taste, and inappropriate to the XS11 forum. I don't think this "subject" should be on a M/C forum.
...AND your comments in the thread support WHY it's "out of place". just my 2¢ - that's what the 1st ammendment is all about.

The 2nd ammendment DOES give us the right to "bear arms", but if the anti-NRA peole would see your video it would just give them MORE "vindication" to take our guns... and as an American I don't want to see ANY more of our freedoms disappear.
