  • Frapper strangeness

For giggles & grins, I got on Frapper for the first time in quite a while to see how many people were on the map. My surprise was....

    I wasn't.

I used to be. I could still login to Frapper. It said I was a member of the XS11 map, but I wasn't on there. I had to re-add to the map.

Anyone else see that happen to them?

Me too. It had my spot in my city but I had to re-add myself (I'm still the sum of my parts).

Look at the very first thread in this forum. It is a sticky. There you will find the info on Frapper.

          Where's the magic button?

the teardrop shaped frapprthingy to open the Frapprsite? Can't find the bastard ANYWHERE on the XS11 site. Did I even know the XS11 site had a Frappr? Querying "frappr" just refers me back to this string, no other leads at all, fat lot of help that was. Anybody know how to drive this airplane?

Not the first place to look.

              http://www.frappr.com/xs11 sez Eric.
              Hi Eric,
thanks for the link. Sure, there it is and (forgetful me) there we are. God I looked good back then. Alva still does and the bike would too if I washed it.
              BUT
the frapprlink "http://www.frappr.com/xs11" has to be dug out of a reference to it on a sticky &/or a few posts down on this string. Like, NOT the first place a person might look, right?
Other lists have a little box on the front page that even the elderly & computer-illiterate can easily find.

I can't even begin to tell you what I expected to find in an internet thread titled, "Frapper wierdness"

                But maybe that's just me.

Looks like it wiped me out, too. I had registered not long after the first post about it. Oh well, gives me a reason to go take a fresh pic of my bike.

I gave up on that stupid site. The dam screen is so full I can't make heads or tails. Let alone having to redo where my house is all the time as well as put myself back on the map. I don't want the hassle of having to manuver though the site
