Not only have I heard it, I have the original recording. Its on the back side of "Alice's Restaraunt", along with "Highway In The Wind".
1967. Arlo Guthrie's classic anti-war song "Alices Restaraunt" takes up one who side of the album, 18:20.
Side 2 included "The Motorcycle Song" 2:58 and Highway In The Wind" at 3:40.
