i am thinking of buying a Yamaha jacket and having a drink at a local bar full of bikers , i have been given a harley jacket to blend in there, by my wild girl friend that doesn't think theres nothing but harley bikes that exist in here limited view of motorbikes.

All the time....

I do it all the time wearing my leather vest with the big XS11 logo on the back. Most of them HD'ers have more than just a healthy respect for the Pathfinder. They remember getting their a&&es whipped good by other XS's and if they forget I'm ready to remind them how bad it feels getting beat by a 30 yr old metric cruiser. LOL

As far as biker bars, the one I used to go to has been closed down by da law.......Other one in niles just has too many people in it to feel comphy so only stop once in awhile. Park my 80G right in the middle of them 20 to 50K scooters too

unfortunately, at the "place" I frequent, the back of my jacket reads TOUR MASTER instead of something like THIS .

More unfortunately is the fact that not one of the any other riders are willing to go any distance over any given course against my sadly neglected LH. (I personally think they are afraid to ask a 6'7", 280lbs "old man" for a handicap against a 25+ year old bike; but then again, I own mine).

I went into a bar/resturant the other day. It isn't specifically HD but you don't see any rockets out front. There are a few HD lookalikes. I was wearing my jacket that has yamaha and NGK all over it. I got plenty of looks because it was some big event. I just had to go in because I did not feel like using a tree around back.

I've never had a problem with riding up to a Biker bar on a Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, or Kawi. Yamaha shirt, Fox racing jacket.
Most Harley riders ( stereo type bikers ) see it as "hey, as long as your riding " The grief that I've got is usually from the R.U.B.s,. The wannabee hardcore, fareweather riders.
