The elk up here in the Northwest corner of Colorado are the size of
uh,..... er,.... really really big elk! (yeah, that's it) The secret to not T-boning one at 85 MPH is never ever EVER! ride at dusk, twilight, night time or daybreak . We are now getting into the part of the year where my wife (who's a nurse at out little local hospital) starts bringing home tales of motorcycle carnage from the ER. It's really sad because most of these incidents revolve around people just passing through on motorcycle touring vacations none the wiser about the 75MPH to 0 MPH on the hoof meat barriers these substantial critters can become. let's all be careful out there!

So you want to see the bike do you? Have them for you tomorrow. It is getting a bit dusty in the garage. It is also not road leagal. I am almost done with the two bikes ahead of it so I should be tearing into it soon. Thankfully it already runs well, it just need lots of cosmetics.
