that's the only word I can understand.
If you watch the entire clip, there is zero traffic flow when the collision occurs and for a short while afterwards. As the bike rider starts to pick up his stuff, cars and bikes start moving across the intersection.
This leads me to suppose that the lady in the car ran a red light and the bike rider is asking if she got her licence out of a Crackerjack box.
