nobody is going anywhere
ok ok......... my turn..........
I spent twenty years of my life defending the rights of all of you to say what you want.........
While I may not agree with everyone or everything said. I did enjoy reading through the posts. Very fun and informative.
Wildkat..... later tell me what happened with John because now I am concerned.
I don't carry a gun anymore but, for personal reasons..... sounds like we may have something in common WK.......
My children don't play with toy guns... I consider them a tool and not a toy, not very many will agree with me there, but too many children are shot while holding a toy gun..... When the time came for me to teach my twin girls and my youngest son about drills, I broke out about 10 broken and beaten drill / drivers and we all rebuilt them together. Now all three of my young ones have their own Milwuakee driver drill. When it comes time to teach them about guns, I will do pretty much the same thing..... Just when I believe they are ready to view them as "not toys" and no sooner.
That doesn't mean everyone here has to feel the same way..... The whole point of any board is to talk / hang-out / visit / etc etc....... I am still having fun, are you?

"I'm confused, Pat."
I like "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang"
But what I don't understand about your post... How does that comment of yours bring us back on topic?

I am still neutral about the whole thing. I thought we learned our lesson when Pro left for a while. Consider what you type before you submit it. PLEASE!! I like to express my opinion too, but lets not offend anyone. I must admit that this thread was entertaining and I did learn a bit.United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY
If I can do it at 18 yrs old, anyone can
"You know something, You can't polish a turd"
"What are you rebelling against", "Well, what do you got?"

I'm not getting into the "politics" of things. As for my joke that I posted, it was just intended to be funny and a bit patriotic. My Dad served in WWII and he doesn't even have a Veteran's license plate on his automobile. Even though he enlisted [lied about his age; he was only 17] and has an honarable discharge. I suppose it's one of those "matters of choice" kinda things. If I offended anybody by my joke; I apologize.
NOW, Ted's songs: I vote for -- Stranglehold, Great White Buffalo
and Snake Skin Cowboys [which Ted pokes fun of the band Kiss].
As mentioned, the main intent of my joke was to be funny.
Also, I'd like to state that the Members Lounge is another "matter of choice" kinda thing. HOWEVER, I personally won't use it for any pissing contest [can I say that??] nor to hurt anybody's feelings intentionally.
I might use it to joke around with someone though. 'Like I've done with Danny M. and Brent H. in the past.
Heck; us "snow belt" guys just gotta pick on those who have more fair weather riding days than us less fortunate! 'Speaking of which, -- -- Hey Danny, Brent, -- -- 'been down a steep hill on a steel-runner sled yet this winter???? OOOPS, there I go again!
It's a love for two wheels and RIDING that brings us all together!
[soapbox now vacated again]
Ride Safe,
