Toads Cycle Works is a bike shop I've delt with for 30 yrs; the owner, Mike Roach who always treated me fairly was diagnosed with inoperable Pancreatic cancer about 3 weeks ago, today I learned he had passed away. Mike or "Toad" as every one usually called him, was a builder of multi engine HDs, Captain America copys, choppers, you name it he built it. He also kept a stock of parts for older vintage bikes of all make and worked on bikes from every corner of the globe and never discrimanated because you didnt ride an HD. I felt privledged to be allowed entry to his basement full of bike parts, project bikes, tools etc. unsupervised so that I could rummage around for parts I might find for the old XS11......He will be missed by many, he was a good Guy .
