    Second owner

I am the second owner of mine. My foreman bought mine new off the showroom floor. You can run a Carfax check and find out how many owners there were. It will cost you a little bit, but if you really have to know...

      Orignial owner

I'm the original owner - it was my ensignmobile. Only has 32K on it, comes out to about 1000 miles a year.

Three of the four Elevens I've had recently ... I bought from the original owner making me #2. Two of those bikes had low mileage (12k or less).

          3rd

But the guy I bought it from picked it up when it was two years old.
Its about to roll up 30K. Fortunately, he was a rather pesnickety fellow who took good care of it. Until he let it sit for 16 years with a full tank. It was all covered up in his garage though, so the fuel system was really the only problem.

          And the brakes.

And his hatchet job on the wiring.

And all the furniture he hung on the poor thing. Had a frikkin trailer hitch fer cryin out loud!

          %$#@&*% stupid PO!

I had to vote the Who knows, but I do in fact know!

I am the third owner of my XS11. I bought mine from my former neighbor, who in turn bought it from the original onwer.

I bought Packmule from a used bike dealer in Shreveport Louisiana. He thinks I am the 4th owner; he being the 3rd.

All I know is that I will be the LAST! They will have to pry her from my cold dead hands.

same here. I will be the last owner. From now on there will be no other driver of my 80G. As long as the Title is in my name (untill I die- it is also being buried with me) no one else will ever drive it.

Don't know on the 78E as it is made up of parts from many bikes. It was originally from North of Edmonton Alberta and made its way down into the central interior of B.C. with a friend of mine's son about three years ago. Bought it off him for $300.00 and have been rebuilding it from the frame up since last Fall.

The 80 Special, I am for sure the 3rd owner. I work with the guy that bought it brand new in 80 and sold it three years later to the guy I bought it from earlier this Spring for $450.00. It will be worked on this Fall and should be in near original condition next year.

I guess i am one of the lucky ones. My first XS " Pop's ride"
was passed down to me from Dad. I can remember riding down
rode as a kid one the back of my Dad's bike. Playing hookie on my birthday to go one a ride with Pop around Lake Big Bear Ca. I am very close to calling him to let him know that his bike is on the rode again.

Do you know what I see about this thread that makes me very proud? An XS is like a faithful dog or a good woman, it really doesn't matter how many PO's there were once you realize that the next owner won't be named until you are unable to ride and are forced to pass the title on to someone you really trust. We treat these bikes with the respect they have earned and all like to think of ourselves as being the "final" owner.
