Need help machining a part for the XS/XJ

Can anyone on here build me something like this:

    It's for an XS :-)

I got pricing for a prototype from a company i found that will do small runs. They've quoted me $125 US to do it. That's going to be way to expensive to use it for what I intend it for. A price of about $30-$50 dollars for small production quantities would be acceptable. It's for the good of the XS/XJ community. The company I called was going to do it using a water jet machine cutting machine.

I'm thinking it should be made about 1/8 inch thick, at least for the prototype.

Outside diameter needs to be around 3 or 3.5 inches.

    Anyone, anyone?

No, I hadn't contacted him about it. I'd like to hear about it though.

I guess if I have to I'll pull the trigger on the $125 one.

Ok - I got a reply from the company for more wheels. If I get 10 at a time, the price drops down to around to just below $30 bucks each. I can handle that!

        Cool!

          Dan,
It looks as if you are trying to upgrade the ignition. If that is for what I think it is, I may want to buy one of the wheels from you.

I don't suppose your design could be modded to use a 36-1 trigger wheel from THIS SITE?

              Neil:

Problem is the price in US dollars is about $40.00 plus shipping. A US vendor would probably have a lower price for those of us on this side of the pond.
