Did anyone one here buy any of the midnight special parts he had on ebay at the end of October begining of November? he was the guy selling the pipes that went for around $400. I bought handle bars and a tank, never got the parts and can't get replies o my emails or phone callls. I paid by P.O. money order and I'm waiting to hear if it was cashed. He left me positive feedback and I see his is coming in mixed but I haven't seen anything from anyone regarding the MS parts...

I won the auction he had on footpegs...
it took almost a month to get them - it took so long I thought I'd never see them. I was just about to "write it off" when they showed up.
If you have a beef with a seller you can contact eBay and an arbitration process will begin.
    I wish you luck...

He had quite a few xs parts on there and i do not see + or - feedback for any of them. The auction ended on 11/3 and i sent a m.o. that was returned to me as no such address and i got an email reply from him with a new address saying he had moved and i sent the mo back out. since then he has not returned calls or emails. I'll give him till the end of the week before initiating action with ebay. Still waiting to hear back from the post office about the money order...

I have been watching his feed back and people are replying today for items that ended 2 weeks after my auction ended. He has several positive and 11 negative in the last 30 days.

I ad a similar problem with an Ebay seller a few months back. I emailed five or six times and got no response. I received nothing. On the 31st day I filed a complaint with Paypal. Within 10 minutes I got an email from the seller and I received the parts three days later, priority mail. I didn't pay for priority mail.

I would file a complaint. It can shake things loose and get you some response. If nothing else, you can get your money back. I've done that too.

That does suck though... You want the parts not the money. Good luck and hope it works out for you.
