Anyone live near Lake Orion Michigan lookin for one of these? It looks bad in the pictures, but you never know. this one could end at a good price.

First MNS is an 80LG, first special was a 79'. 78' are standards only and I've been unlucky to have NOT found one I want and can afford....


3H3 ser# is a 79 Special.................
Why in pic has "gold"looking carb tops etc... don't know

You are correct, too many parts that say 79 Special, 160mph speedo, chrome fenders, small tail light on the fender tip . . .
Does not look like 79 side covers tho.
My bad, this one must be a mutt, still could end up cheap.

It seems like a great number of people list any black one as a Midnight Special. That one looks like an agglomeration of parts...no more no less
