Does Naval Jelly come in five-gallon pails?

I'd soak every connector and screw in some penetrating oil as a prelude to taking parts off to clean. Or I'd use a drill and wire brush and a dozen spray cans of my favorite black Rustoleum...

I guess the first move is to see if I can get it to run. If it doesn't run and doesn't seem likely to, my next moves are simplified!
