  • An XS Halloween

Okay... so I'm not mechanic... and I can't possibly keep up with y'all on that end of this deal... but I do what I can...

This was my first pumpkin of the season... so a little rough.
Heaven help me if I mess up one of the kids' pumpkins.

"Are you out of your gourd?"

    Very nice.
Liked the last photo... the one were the XS is getting ready to run over the homeless people standing in the street.(Ok, so that was my vision of it)
And to think I was always afraid of women with knives.

          Thanks!

It's always fun to explore new mediums (and this is the only medium I've worked with that makes a decent pie as well)... Some of the pumpkins I've seen while Internet surfing are AMAZING!! Definitely inspiring...

Here's one more pic after I cleaned up a little behind the tank... You can see the YAMAHA emblem now...

SWEET. That is the coolest pumkin that I have ever seen. No one in my neighborhood does anything cool because the pumkins end up in the street or stepped on when the first kids come by

See... we had a cure for people like that. We had an old chainsaw that would start easily on the first pull. I would remove the chain (Blade) just in case we got caught, then wait in the bushes dressed in black with a mask on.. then wait. The first sign of little trouble makers... we would jump out of hiding.. run at them screaming and fire up the chain saw.... They would scream and run! As a bonus... alot of them would even drop their candy!! hee hee...

I suppose I deserve everything bad that ever happens to me... lol.

                    Kat you make me sick!

Is there anything artistic you CAN'T DO?

                      Thanks again!

Here's one more that I did... there is a cut out of a bat on the back that shines the image on the wall behind the pumpkin... didn't turn out quite so well, but next year it will be awesome!
                      (I hope... if I remember)

Hobbyman - I always put ours in a window so that the troublemakers don't smash them. Sucks that people are that thoughtless sometimes... a lot of time goes into these, just to have them smashed? My pacifist ways would fall to the wayside, I'm afraid...

Tod- Don't take this the wrong way... I'm going to agree with you again...

But I LIKE your idea of the chainsaw... come to think of it... we have one... and I know how to use it... That should be a scary enough thought for ANYbody...

                      By the way...
I suppose I deserve everything bad that ever happens to me...
                      not EVERYthing...

                      Kat you make me sick!
                      ummmm... thanks?

Is there anything artistic you CAN'T DO?
I never tell myself I CAN'T do something... so... no.

Of course, that philosophy tends to get one in trouble sometimes...

I can't sign my name most days, and you carved an XS into a pumpkin!

I have to agree with MaxiMan, though!
