    Vetter fairing mount

    Guess this is pretty dumb posting this so soon after Webbcraft posted about getting burned selling one of these (shoot, WC, I would have driven cross town and picked it up), but I am looking for a Vetter fairing mount for my ongoing XS11 project. Anyone got one lying around that you're not using?

    Haven't had much luck with all the usual suspects.

    Alternately, if anybody has the specs I have friends who fabricate for beer.

    Any help y'all can provide will be appreciated.

    Mount...

    As a matter of fact I have an extra one... One of the welds is cracked, but I'll have it welded up for you.

      You would be better off to send it out as is, so he can have his friend weld it up ON the fairing. Flip the fairing up side down, and make sure the mount sits SQUARE on it, then tack, remove the mount and weld. I have two cracked fairings from NOT doing that.

          A quick check on eBay shows 2 XS 11 Vetter mounts. Use "vetter bracket" and "vetter mount" and you will come across both listings. First one is item 290035260094, 2nd is item 160037459830. Prices don't look to bad at the moment.
