    I wonder how long the clutches last in those things, and what about the whole "weight/balance/center of gravity" thing.

      Now I love bikes as much, and maybe more, than the next guy... but c'mon... what is the point of having a bike as a tow truck?
      Seems like the handling, balance, weight distribution, traction, and perhaps even mileage would be better in a small truck!

        Well, actually, when a car stalls on the freeway and traffic gets all bumched up into a standstill, the bike will be able to work its way through the snarled traffic to the front where it can do some good. At least, that's the way I remember hearing it explained when I saw some live footage of this rig a while back.

          Hey, if you can "weave" on that baby...more power to ya!!

          I would think it would be pretty stable when towing a car and I guess you could turn tighter to get it out of traffic.

          I bet they have a reverse too!
