sludge gas in Saskatoon is 92.8 cents per litre right now, $1.19 per litre a month or so back.
I gotta argue with Fredjohny's arithmetic.
He forgets that the US still uses the Queen Anne wine gallon of 3.8 litres rather than the Imperial gallon of 4.2 litres and didn't correct for the Canadian/US exchange rate. I calculate the BC gas price of Cdn$1.09 per litre equals US$3.73 per USGallon.

It's still Cdn92.8 cents/litre in Saskatoon but 15km out of town the Shell in Vanscoy
sells for 88.5/litre.
And Strom, hold off with the bright ideas.
There's 4,000 miles of open border between the US and Canada.

Gas (93 Unleaded) = R 6.52 / Liter

Thus $ 0.84 / L

About $3.20/ Gallon (3.8L)


At least going down to R6.02 on Wednesday.

Gas price is regulated by the govenrment and gets adjusted once a month. It's currently at the highest it's ever been. Just about doubled in the last 18 months.
