    New parts bike highlights

Came in today 1978 e standard.odometer says approx 24,000 miles. Have not tried to crank it over yet. Has been sitting in a dry heated shop since it was crashed in 1983. Has a pretty clean special tank, round headlight from a special,no keys of course, both sidecovers damaged but could be fixed.has a nice oil cooler on it with the steel braided lines. Ususal 1981 style.Standard seat is ripped pan still has some life left but should be treated. Has a really cool non factory handlebar sort of drag bar style with a twist. Has a polished chrome triple tree handlebar clamp. Left/right controls are excellent. Front turn signals and mounts are useable. Carbs look really good. No gas in tank or carbs.Good cleaning they look really untouched. Complete electrical harness with everything there. Send me an e-mail if you need anything. andreashweiss@yahoo.com

4-1 header brand unknown, lots of dents lower down, completly covered in brown rust.has a very small burned out muffler on it. It will not be for sale as I consider it to be scrap. andreas

How bad are the side covers? Mine look good but the bottom pins on both are busted.

I am attempting to repair the sidecovers. right sidecover has broken mount tab, needs to be re attached.no other damage. left sidecover has a 4-5 inch crack on one side most likely from po who did not know you need a key to unlock sidecover. Prefer to see if my repairs hold up before selling them. andreas
