Good morning Jeffe, Price includes shipping. Stock exhaust back just past heat sheilds there both pipes have been cut and stock mufflers replaced with slip on chrome headers both sides. mount in stock position on alum rear footpeg mount. Chrome is OK not excellent,not broken or rusted out. Ususal road grime and scratches from age. No major dents in pipes. Decent driver quality stuff. Not show quality. Will give years of use. andreas
