When I print out pages of the forum to use for say trouble shooting a problem I am missing about 3/4 inch of the right side. How do I properly print them out? thanks in advance

    Over the Border!

    Well,
I just tried a PRINT PREVIEW,and mine, too cut off the right side, and I tried adjusting the PageSetup to 0.25" side margins, but it didn't help.

So....the best way is to HIGHLIGHT the text in the tip, COPY, and then Paste it into WORDpad, or your favorite text program, and then PRINT from there! This doesn't work as well for tips with photos! But it's about the best way to get ALL of the text!

      Printing

Just set the print job to be landscape instead of portrait.

Not to look like a dummy (thanks Dick), but I did think about that option, but I was also thinking of saving paper and ink, and when you copy JUST the text, you save not having to print all of the extra graphics and such that are on the page! Your choice, your $$. Inkjet printer ink isn't getting any cheaper!

            No inkjet here...

I have a Phaser 850DL. Prints glossy photo quality on regular copy paper, prints both sides of the paper and does it at 14 pages per minute. Best of all the printer was free with three yrs of free onsite service. Black ink is always free and the ink is really cheap compared to ink jet. Program is from Xerox and as far as I know is still available. To get the printer you must commit to thousands of pages each month or your credit card will be dinged $75 + dollarseach month you don't. Go to freecolorprinters.com for the total scoop. If you can find printing jobs for it, it's the perfect setup. I print newsletters, church bulletins, menues, etc and make a profit too. With that setup you can do quality color work for B&W copier cost.
