need rear turn signal license plate stem for f

just checking can't find it on ebay, and andreas is out; wondering if anyone has the stem for the turn signals, i'm putting hardbags back on the bike...

the bike just has long legs, before i knew this i sold off my tour pack, lame.

now that i know the bike swallows distance like nothing, it's made for it...

I don't have one, but I am welding up one for my bike. If it works well, I'll let you know. I should be able to make a second one easily. It will be powder coated, not chromed.

I'm in Los Alamos for work, so it will be a few more day's. BTW, my middle gear is fine. I drained everything out of it, and got ride of the last of the WATER that was in it. Refilled and has been running great, and NO overflow. I know the tube was run DOWN, and not UP when I check the bike, so it may have picked up the water over the winter riding.

glad to hear you didn't have to r and r the middle gear, i didn't think just "picking up some water" would make it boil over like that, would that affect the bearings? i guess you'll find out...

90+ degree air temp, 90 to 100+ cruise for an hour = HOT. water boils at 212, gear oil was probably hotter than that!
Red Line synthetic protects for a little while, even after it's gone.

Yes that is the unit. Its in great condition. I have a 80 Special and my plate mounts low on the fender. So no matter how i tried it I would not be able to put my plate on. This looks like it would fit a standard with no problem or a special that has the plate up under the seat. Yes $20 includes shipping.
