    Holy crap! I gotta have one. Has this been posted yet?

    Anyone try something like this? A spare XS motor/trans would be perfect!

    I haven't seen it posted before...It does look like a good use of a spare motor that's just gathering dust :-)

      That's insane....


      don't mean to hijack, but I was thinking it'd be kinda crazy and cool to try and put two XS11 engines in an old VW. You'd essentially have a 240HP 2.2L V8 in an extremely light car or van.

      that'd be fun, eh?

        Short while ago a guy posted here he had an xs1100 motor he was going to put into a golf cart

        Haven't heard if it ever happened though.
