Vetter Fairing Mount needed

I have a 79 XS 1100 Special and would like to find a Vetter fairing mount and wiring harness to fit my bike. I have found a Vetter/Windjammer SS fairing that may fit my bike not sure yet. I hear that all Vetter fairings are the same just need a mount to fit the bike. If you have a mount you could part with please contact me. My shipping zip code 49071. Thanks, Ron

Any of the Windjammer series of fairings will fit all mounts. However, the mounts themselves will be different between bikes. Standards take a different mount than Specials. Make sure you check this out when you find a mount. Lemme know when you do find a mount, I have a complete harness. Usta have a spare mount, but I "gave" it to a past member who must have forgot where to send his check. As a sidenote, you can still get windshields (or make them) and I found a cheap replacement for the "chrome" trim that goes along the edges of the fairing. Vetter still sells some of this stuff, but it is expensive.

webbcraft2150 you said that you found a chrome trim around the Vetter faring what is it and where do you get it and what does it cost? I need some for mine.
