  • Solvang ride...

I'm looking forward to the Solvang ride, the motorcycle museum and meeting fellow XS'sives. I wonder who is attending, if there are any plans about where and when to meet, etc. I have reservations for Sat night in Buelton. I have contacted a few XSers in the area, but they haven't commited yet. I haven't heard much on the subject lately and wonder if anyone else is going...

      Parts...

What parts do you need? I have a local Yamaha dealer that carries most anything still available for the XS11's. He says there are lots of them still around here???
The screen name is because I also build and fly RC model airplanes, and the name is Dick. (Yes, I'm a Dick)
I have reservations, but only one bed. Bring a sleeping bag and air mattress and you can camp out in the room if you like. Buelton is a city about 5 mi from Solvang according to the map. Highway 101 and 248 junction.

i order from burts mega mall a neutral switch that i broke off, lame and the washer and the shifter cover gasket that i didn't need to open up again, lame again...

i don't need much, if i go i'll still give you money for the room, too late to reserve a spot,i don't need much maybe they can bring over another blanket, i ride naked so the bags are gone, and it's only 1 night...

i'll let you know how the wrenching goes...

btw the kid at pasadena yamaha is rude and lies tells me stuff is not available when i know better, loser, hence my going farther to burts...
