i've seen this configuration often on ebay, this one is made by amco, i was wondering where i can find a back rest to slide in those holes, before one shows up on ebay.

Hey there mason.........tell me what center to center is and may be able to accomidate you. Gonna remove my slide in backrest on my 81 Venturer1100 and have a nice pad done to match Corbin seat as trunk has recess for backrest.

My factory slide-in rest is 5/8"I.D. and 12 1/4" centers. The backrest pad itself is same pattern of your seat, and has the zippered pouch on back-side which has never been used as it has always been up against trunk and still is in pefect cond. The backrest itself is split apart at top only, likely from the elements, sun,etc. The frontside and pattern is still fine. The metal loop could possibly be 'sprung' some to fit your width.
