    tire dates

    Saw a recent post about manufacturing dates stamped in tires but can't find the thread. Here are some numbers on my sidewalls. Don't know if they are the ones to refer to??
    DOT EU6D NA7M1304
    DOT EUXR NA7M0804
    80 SG
    81 SH in parts
    99 ST1100
    91 ST1100

    I was told that it's this number melted in at the end that identifies it. *1505* 15 is the week, 05 is the year. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

      The numbers in bold look like what you're looking for, and they appear to have been made in 2004, like Apr. and Feb!

        Thanks just what i was looking for as I too need some new rubber for the dash to West Virginia. When are you planning to leave for Pineville?

          Hello there MaximPhil, Can't wait to get on the road to W.Va.
          Leaving real early Fri. morning. Looks like I'll be having a kayak with me! Kinda hard with the bike, so it will be on a trailer. I'm sure my back and butt and the rest of me will appeciate it though for the weekend riding. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
