• Iron Pigs/CMA Blessing of the Bikes

Second one of these I've been to, this one even better than the last. Father Ted Oswald sprinkled bikes and riders with Holy Water and we all felt blessed. We rode in Star Chapter 159's formation and they are a snappy and disciplined group of riders. Tom had never ridden in a pack before and he had his eyes opened and a huge grin. Weather was good, poker run route was cool, food was good, beer was Bud and Coors, the band was good and a good time had by all. Only damper was that as everyone was completing the run the skies open and the rains came. Fortunately for me, I was only 8 miles from home. I'll post a complete report in the Ride Report section later.
Shiny side up,
650 Mike

XS1100SF "Rusty", runs great, 96k miles
XS650SJ "The Black Bike", engine from XS650H with 750cc big bore kit, 30k miles

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in one pretty and well preserved piece, but to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, worn out and defiantly shouting, "WOW, what a ride !" - Sprung
