                  ref dad

                  Thanks everyone for your words
It means a lot to me ,just glad I took him to Mount Rushmore and the Rockies a couple of years ago.
At least he went fast not much pain as his life was getting unbearable in the final days

                  thank all

ps He owned a Vincent Rapede with a sidecar when he was about 30 years old but he sold it to buy a car for his 2 boys,
The man who wanted the bike only wanted the bike not the sidecar but he did buy it in the end
How much would it be worth todays money ? He said he always regretted it

Your dad looks happy on that rock, nice of you to take him out west.
May you find peace in his enjoyment of life and family.

P.S. I've a pic on my wall of three friends and I clinging to that same rock.

Lloyd, my condolences to you and your family.

What would your dad's bike have been worth if he kept it? It's just metal and from what you've said, it would be anywhere close to as much as his kids were worth to him. Fix up that XJ of yours, then go ride it and have a pint when you get home!

                          .
