  • Lost my Dad

    Hi all.
Just wanted to let ya know my Dad lost his battle with diabetes June 30.
I tried to post sooner, but had problems.
    Thought I'd try it again.

He suffered numerous surgeries, and 13 years of struggle.
He died peacefully at home, and was ready to go.

Focusing on taking care of Mom now.
She fell outside last Sunday evening, and broke her leg.
She's also scheduled for cataract surgery, starting next Tuesday.

Sorry I haven't been on much lately.
    I've had a full plate.

So sorry for the loss of your Dad Bob. No matter how much we are ready, we are never truly ready to lose someone.

Hope your Mom's surgery goes well, and her leg heals quickly.

My dad passed in July, still want to talk to him about my bikes, he was a supporter of all my bike fixing. He got me started with a 51 HD at 14 even though he never rode he loved to see what I could do, turds to jewels.

Remember the good and what he was to you and family, you to him.

Hope your mom recovers well ! All the best ! Don };~)

          Thanks, guys.

          Tomorrow's Mom's big day.
Hopefully, when all is done in the next couple of weeks,
She'll at least be able to see how black and blue her broken left leg is!

I am sorry to hear of your loss. My mom passed august 25th and it has been horrible for me. I was a mammas boy and she was my best friend. I have been having a lot of panic attacks because I am the administrator and it is a lot of stress. Hang in there, at least there are no more surgeries and pain. We will all be together some day.
