It's hard to know what to say, because in most cases we don't quite know each other well enough to really know what will most comfortable. There are exceptions, but those are usually those we get to associate with face to face with. It's sad, because I think we do get close enough to feel the pain without knowing how to relieve it, or being able to come over with a case of beer and friend to share the burden.

      My sympathies on your loss.
My brother died 08/08/08. To this day it is still difficult at times. My father joined him last April.
They are fishing together arond the bend in the river (from a dream my Dad had shortly after my brother died).

Again, I know how you're feeling and it is easier to cope as time goes on.

                      Loss

At this point Lee there isn't anything that can be said that can relieve your anguish. I,my sorry for your loss and my heart goes out to you. Lost both my brother then my father a couple years ago. What I wouldn't give to sit and have a coffee with them now. Not a day goes by without thinking of them. While they can't answer us when we talk to them anymore, they are never gone as long as they stay in our memories. Stay strong, cry often and laugh out load when remembering past times together. I'll light a candle for both of you.
