I was working on my XS1100 Saturday and I thought of BobE. It was Sunday that I heard he passed. Strange coincidence. We will miss you BobE. May you ride in XS11 Heaven with Robert Jones.

Last I heard, Russ posted that Bob was not well, but not in iminent danger! How did you hear? I didn't find a post about his passing nor the details of the arrangements. If you have any info, please let us know. -

Folks,
We've lost Bob. The Lord called him home at approximately 5:25 this afternoon. While we all feel the sadness of losing a dear friend, we can rejoice in knowing that Bob is now free of the pain and suffering he's been enduring for the past 14 months.
I will be speaking with Annette sometime Sunday. Funeral details are incomplete at this time. Once they are finalized, I'll post them here. I will be driving back up for the service, whenever it may be.1980 XS650G Special-Two

Sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He lead us on a great ride around SE CT and was a amiable host. Condolences to his family and friends. I have attached a picture from the Mystic ride taken when we first met the morning of that day.
