    Celebration of Sailor's life!

    Location:
ACYC Club House, Owl Harbor Marina
    1550 W Twitchell Island Rd
    Isleton, CA 95641 US

    When: Sunday, April 12, 1:30PM to 8:00PM

Good map of location: Owl harbor map clubhouse is at end of marina at dock J

It will be a potluck and BBQ.

Owl Harbor Marina is very park like, so feel free to bring your lawn chairs and set up under the trees by the clubhouse. We will also be setting up a horseshoe pit for the Sailor memorial tournament !

There is also a nice road for walking and bicycling by the river.

Bring stories to share about Sailor, and if you have photos to also share: email a copy of them to remembersailor@gmail.com and we will put them into a slide show to be shown at the celebration.

April 12th would have been Sailors 60th birthday ,and this year is also Easter, an interesting combination !

If you are coming a long distance, please email us to find out about overnight accommodations/camping.

If you want to help with the celebration
or if you have any questions about it
    mail us at at: remembersailor@gmail.com

Again much thanks to you folks in the XS11 community for helping him realize his wish to ride his bike one last time before he died...

    Kat,
I will NOT be able to make this. I am VERY SORRY, but I will be out of the country. I hope all goes well, and everyone always keeps Sailor in their hearts and minds.
As a fellow VET, I hope you had the PGR for his service. I know I WILL remember him, and I do hope the XS found a GOOD OWNER! Sailor really loved that bike, and I liked the look he had once we got it running properly!

      So Sorry

      Kat,

That would be quite the commute and I am sorry I can not make it. It would have been my pleasure to help celebrate his wonderful life!!

I'm on the east coast but did follow the story on here. I'll be with you in spirit.

Kat, if I get my bike put back together this week I can make a run up there. Actually, even if I don't get the bike fixed I can still make the run, no problem. I'll see you then!

          Regards,

Kat, I can't make it today. The car lost a cylinder last night when I started to head up north and it can't be fixed in time to make it today.

            Regards,

            Scott
