Set up for automatic go to last unread post

Probably the wrong place to ask but this one is for the mods who so graciously donate their time and skills.

Is there a way to have the site go to the last unread post on a thread instead of scrolling through to get to the newest posts that haven't been read on an ongoing topic?

Double arrows in the blue box beside date/ time of the last posting will get you there quick!
