Only able to Post in few forums?

Why can I only post in this thread? I have a question to ask about carbs but when I click into any of the Carb threads, at the bottom of the page it says I "may not" post!

Why can I post here but not there?

Can someone free this up for me?

It is b/c only Moderators can post in the Maintenance, Repair, and Modification areas - those are for tech tips and such. Discussions are posted in the Idle Talk Forum at the top, or under Rallies.

The proper place for XS related problems would be the XS11/XJ11 Discussion in the Idle Talk area.
