Embedding a couple large images

I am testing embedding a couple large images. Images so large that they should be over the image size limit.

Intriguing, vBulletin shrunk the photos. I uploaded images there were about 4 MB each. What got saved were images that were about 70 KB each. I can see in the admin settings where I can control that behavior, I just didn't expect it to work.

I just tried posting an image that is so big that it exceeds the maximum php post limit, which I have set to 4 MB. A 5 MB image failed to upload and vBulletin gave a clear error message. Very nice!
