I couldn't find it anywhere online, but got one from JSPayne who said he got it in a rebuild kit; I was surprised to hear that since mine didn't come with one.

Looks like I found a replacement from Honda. Honda OEM Part 43504-371-013 BOOT, MASTER CYLINDER. Crazy thing is I have one coming from the U.K. already.
Oh well. At least I got it covered.
