79 xs1100 special Grab Rail WTS

Found a great condition 79 special grab rail . I have an NOS one on my bike already. Seems like someone here always needs one to complete a build. I have only found 3 of these in the last five years. DOES NOT NEED RECHROMING . Ready to install . PM me if you need it or just reply . Thanks.

Don't know where you left off, but.....

I went through and rebuilt my '84 V65 last winter, and discovered the frame was bent as I was finishing it up.

I rode it all summer, and it was GREAT!!!!!! No side effects at all from the bent frame. I quickly became addicted to the V4.

I bought a parts bike last Christmas so I would have a straight frame. I will transplant the 'good' parts over to the straight fame this winter.

'Gotta have a project to enjoy the long winters in Michigan, right?

In as separate post today, I told about an second V65 parts bike I looked at last week, thinking I could make a second good V65 with my parts. However, I decided to pass on it.

Life is good.
