Anybody need a nice XS1100 standard seat? It’s from a 1980 but would work on an 81. It would fit on 78 or 79. But you would have to make some changes. It’s in great shape but has the blue piping so it kinda limits what you would put it on. $100?

Yup, I knew you needed one for a special. All I have left in the special seats are a really good 79 seat pan and a kinda funky shaved 79 special seat that has a rip...nothing for 80/81, or I’d have taken care of you. oh I have a old Corbin double shovel seat for a standard too, most comfortable seat I ever had but it looks a little fat in the rear. I did find an 80/81 special seat foam and cover, I guess you could use if you sew up the rip in on the edge. I’d be happy to donate it....but I don’t have a pan.
Here is a pic of the Corbin seat too. It’s also up for sale, it would be for a 78/79 standard with the plastic cowl on the fender. I think I have an xtra one of them too! Lol

Yeah, I loved it. Had one on a 79 special too back in the day. It sat just a little more down and in than the stock seat. Was like sitting in a cup rather than on a plank. Just looks a little fat in the passenger section, and I hardly even haul a passenger. I was thinking of cutting it up when I got it. I still may and put it on one of those 79 special pans for my project.
I’m only a little over 5/10 as I seem to be shrinking in my old age. Lol
