    Curious--is this the European/Venturer tsnk?

I'm in the process of restoring a Venturer tank so not for me, but just wondering if this is the 6.3 gallon European version. Sure looks like it--no screws on the badges for instance.

I'll have at least that much $$ into mine once it's sealed and painted, I suppose, but at least I'm having "fun."

And now I know the French words for rusty tank!

      Ask

Ask the seller what the capacity is. I've heard that all European tanks are the Venturer tank size as we know it. But cannot verify that.

Hi Mike...What exactly is the capacity? Are there any differences between the North American version and the European one?

          Gallons

Standard US version (1978-1980) is 5 or 5.3 as printed. US 1981 Venturer tank is 6.3. Was told here on the site by one from Europe that he was pretty sure that all Standard tanks there were 6.3 gallons and that they were a dime a dozen.

One of the members here was recently needing the larger tank. I steered him to the European ads and he found the larger tank for a Venturer restoration.
