Here is a nice set of chrome 3 pt crash bars for sale. I bought them for my '81 SH and the holes are very close but these bars fit a '81 Suzuki GS1000 I think. Here is a thread here on XS11 that explains everything with detailed pics. Trbig came up with a easy way to make them work but I'm selling my XS and never installed them. I will let these go very cheap at $30 shipped. Here is the link about them:
