Anyone know where I can find a seat (in the style above) for my 79 XS1100SF Special frame?

You need an SF seat pan. From there, you make it. Otherwise, you make the whole seat, either of which requires more talent than I have.

There are YouTube videos on how to make a fibreglass seat pan. Then add foam and cover.

I have two XS1100SF seats. One is in great condition and I wouldn't recommend ripping it up (King/Queen style). The other I took the cover off of, so the foam is visible (not King/Queen). The pan and foam are intact, however.

If you're interested in either shoot me a message and I can send you pictures.

Wrap some tinfoil around that seat base and use it for a mold to make one from fibreglass. That way you can do what you need to and if you screw it up.....well make another.
