Backrest for XS rear rack

I have a VERY nice sliding type backrest that I've used on my XS650, XS1100, and SR500 all with OEM rear racks. Have sold all of the vintage bikes and am clearing out the miscellaneous left over XS parts and accessories. This backrest is the kind that slides into the main frame of the rear rack, is adjustable front to back, and has a zippered storage pouch on the rear of the pad. The main tubes are 12" apart, slide into the rack about 12", and are about 9/16" outside diameter. Can also be used as a drivers backrest if you only slide it into the rear rack a couple of inches. asking $50.00 plus shipping.

Do you still have this. I got the pics. I think it may mit the rack I have installed. The price though is a bit high for what I had to spend for this. I can go $40 with shipping. Can you do that?
