  • 3 sets of carbs for sale-andreas

I have 3 sets of carbs for sale. 82 XJ1100, 81 XS1100 midnight special, 1980 Yamaha XS1100 special. Best cosmetic and least work needed is the 80sg carbs. Next best one is the 82xj carbs, cosmetically worst looking is the 81LH carbs. All three carbs sets are complete, choke moves, everything moves, etc, $95 each includes shipping anywhere in continental USA by priority mail. All three carb sets came off bikes that have been stored inside,no fuel in any of the bowls when removed from the bikes, Please use private message system when contacting me. Or call 1 250 495 3445, Please no calls after 8pm pacific. thanx andreas

    Andreas,

Crazy question but would any of those working carbs work on my 79xs1100s? Mine were stolen and I need a set. Please be kind to me. I really am desperate. I live in Walla Walla also.

      Hey Don,

The 81LH and the 80SG are direct bolt on. the 82 XJ are direct bolt on except the choke system is cable operated on the XJ so you would need to rig up something for that.
Life is what happens while your planning everything else!

When your work speaks for itself, don't interrupt.

I hope so also. I also hope that whoever stole them has some bad karma. It truly is disgusting to steal. I know any extra parts I we er have will go to anyone who wants them. This truly is an amazing forum

I totally agree with you on that.!
It still amazes me that almost 99% of the members here will help another member within whatever means they have available.
I once sent a set of carb boots to a fellow who had a fire and melted most of his airbox.
