Parts bike in East TN....$100

I bought it just to use the carbs and starter switch (which therefore aren't there). Pretty sure the tank is shot (at least pretty ugly, probably rusted inside) but the seat, gauges and some other parts are in pretty good shape. The rear wheel is frozen and I don't know why.

No title. I have a Windjammer fairing that you're welcome to take too if you think it's worth it.

Am looking for someone to take the whole bike. I'm 20 minutes south of Knoxville.

I'm very interesting in the seat, and possibly the rest of the bike depending on how well I can convince the wife that I need another bike to play with. I think we maybe making a trip out there sometime in the middle of july.
