luggage rack/sissy bar off 79 Special

These came on the bike, I know nothing about them. Finish is pretty decent except of the mounts on the rack. Doesn't set level on the bike (may be bent) and not sure it was even made for this bike but it fits. Upholstery looks good, carpet on the back, loose screws on the sissybar. Make me an offer. (bike not included )
