  • Like new seat !!!!

I bought a Corbin seat a while ago. It is in perfect shape, but I don't like how it fits my 79F model. It sits too low on the frame and barely misses both side covers so you can't open them without removing the seat. Maybe it will fit an 80 or later Standard, or any Special? I am not familiar with any other bike than mine.
Has just been banged a little in the rear of the pan to make the CDI fit better. Also the front lip that fits under the tank has been cut back a little by me in the hopes to make it fit higher with some rubber spacers. I have the brackets to hold it down. Missing 2 rear rubber stops. Asking $80

    79 XS1100F.
    SuperTrapp 4-1 w/center stand.
    TC's fuse box.
    SOFA filter.
    Venture cam chain adjuster.
    Tkat fork brace.
    Progressive fork springs.

I sent a pm and would like to buy the seat for my XS1100E.

I'm hoping he might run it down to Clearwater for me, as I'm trying to arrange to have Betel Geuse's touring gear shipped to me from there. It will probably fit in one of those boxes, and by consolidating shipping I hope to save a little money.

If you have a way of letting him know he has a message, it'll help move this purchase along.

I'll send him another pm with my work and home emails so he can contact me directly.

        Thanks for the info Steve.

          Seat?

          Mr. Latimer,

Found a Tampa area craigslist entry deleted by author that I guess was yours based upon the title.

Would like to purchase your seat, just waiting for your response.

I sent my email addresses via pm for contact.

          At your convenience,

          Michael
